Entire Home Renovation
Tim and Nadia came to Mitchell Contracting to completely change their back-split home; a well-kept living space in need of an updated aesthetic. This project was to be a four-level renovation, which would result in new flooring, trim, baseboards and more! Once permits were approved, it was demo day for the Mitchell Contracting team. This demolition included the removal of a large, load-bearing wall and installation of a steel beam in the ceiling, to support the weight of the roof.

Once the beam was installed, the project was off to the races! The Mitchell Contracting team installed drywall, laid the flooring, and added the kitchen cabinets. The piece to resistance? We installed a massive walk-in shower for Tim and Nadia, complete with impressive tile work and beautiful finishes. The entire team worked tirelessly to finish this amazing renovation.
Once this whole home renovation project was completed, it was like moving back into a completely different home! Every part of Tim and Nadia’s home was renovated to fit their family needs, in terrific style. Our Mitchell Contracting team loved working with Tim and Nadia and we’re so happy to be a part of this beautiful project.
