Basement Renovation

Gary and Cindy of Niagara Falls reached out to Mitchell Contracting to take on their unfinished basement. They were looking to add more usable living space for their adult children and growing grandchildren when they come to visit. To get started, Mitchell Contracting worked with an architect and designer, along with our clients, to get a start on bringing their vision to life!

The best part of an unfinished basement? No demo involved! The Mitchell Contracting team got right to framing, levelling the floor and working with Young Electric to finalize the backbone of the basement.

Once the drywall was up, the basement really started to take shape. Brendan worked closely with Gary and Cindy to ensure all design aspects were exactly what they had hoped for. 

The final product of this basement renovation definitely exceeded all expectations! The Mitchell Contracting team was honoured to be a part of Gary and Cindy’s renovation and in helping make their vision come to life.
