Main Floor Renovation & Small Addition

Kim & Chris contacted Mitchell Contracting to renovate their kitchen and add a main floor laundry & mudroom. This project included stealing space from the existing garage to open up the laundry & mudroom and new flooring, trim, kitchen cabinets and everything in between. With permits approved, demo day began! 

This project was a pleasure to work on. We’re extremely pleased with how this renovation turned out!

The Mitchell Contracting Crew

With the main floor demoed, helical piles installed for the laundry & mudroom addition, plumbing and electrical was underway! The Mitchell Contracting team installed drywall, laid the flooring and installed the trim work. Our crew worked with Chase from Chase Cabinetry and Rick from Young Electric to complete this main floor renovation. The light floors, white cabinets and  gold accents really brought the whole project together. 

With the main floor completed and a brand new laundry & mudroom, Chris & Kim moved back into a completely different home! The Mitchell Contracting team worked with the homeowners, subcontractors and designers to ensure this renovation was top-notch.
